Passenger Safety & Welcome Agreement

By agreeing to this waiver you agree to a legal waiver for Sailing RI, Sail Providence, and Captain Mike Brady, assuming risks inherent in boating, including injuries from movement or weather, and releasing the crew from liability. You agree to follow the captain's authority for safety and to adhere to Rhode Island jurisdiction for any disputes.
